Bacterial Resistance: Kanamycin
Defining Citation: PMID:26292071
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Marker:EvroGen; Vector Backbone:pTurboGFPN; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Kanamycin
Comments: The pTGFP-Hha10 vector was used to generate the parent vector, i.e., pTGFP-T7-Hha10T. This parent vector can be used to construct non-replicating double-stranded plasmids that contain a site-specific DNA lesion. Note: Addgene's quality control sequencing finds a T18N amino acid residue substitution in TurboGFP. This residue change is not thought to affect plasmid function for transcriptional mutagenesis assay.
