Cambridge Structural Data Base (RRID:SCR_007310) | CSD | data or information resource, database, software resource |
It records bibliographic, chemical and crystallographic information for organic molecules and metal-organic compounds whose 3D structures have been determined using X-ray diffraction and neutron diffraction. The CSD records results of single crystal studies and powder diffraction studies which yield 3D atomic coordinate data for at least all non-H atoms. In some cases the CCDC is unable to obtain coordinates, and incomplete entries are archived to the CSD. The CSD includes crystal structure data arising from: * publications in the open literature * Private Communications to the CSD (via direct data deposition) The Cambridge Structural Database System (CSDS) is a single product that comprises the following components: The Cambridge Structural Database (CSD); CSDS Software: search and information retrieval (ConQuest), structure visualization (Mercury), statistical analysis of retrieved data (VISTA), and software for database creation (PreQuest); Knowledge bases derived from the CSD: Mogul (intramolecular geometry) and IsoStar (intermolecular interactions, including data from the PDB). Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) is the world repository of small-molecule crystal structures. For example, the crystal structures supported by the National Institute on Drug Abuse are deposited here. |

Current Population Survey Resource Report Resource Website 1+ mentions |
Current Population Survey (RRID:SCR_007334) | data or information resource, data set, portal | The Current Population Survey (CPS) is a monthly survey of about 50,000 households conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau for the Bureau of Labor Statistics for more than 50 years. It provides a comprehensive body of data on the labor force, employment, unemployment, and persons not in the labor force. The CPS is the primary source of information on the labor force characteristics of the U.S. population. The sample is scientifically selected to represent the civilian noninstitutional population. Respondents are interviewed to obtain information about the employment status of each member of the household 15 years of age and older. However, published data focus on those ages 16 and over. The sample provides estimates for the nation as a whole and serves as part of model-based estimates for individual states and other geographic areas. Estimates obtained from the CPS include employment, unemployment, earnings, hours of work, and other indicators. They are available by a variety of demographic characteristics including age, sex, race, marital status, and educational attainment. They are also available by occupation, industry, and class of worker. Supplemental questions to produce estimates on a variety of topics including school enrollment, income, previous work experience, health, employee benefits, and work schedules are also often added to the regular CPS questionnaire. CPS data are used by government policymakers and legislators as important indicators of our nations economic situation and for planning and evaluating many government programs. They are also used by the press, students, academics, and the general public. | earnings, economic, employee benefits, employment, employment status, census, health, hours of work, income, labor force, population, population survey, school enrollment, unemployment, work experience | nif-0000-00220 | SCR_007334 | CPS | 2026-09-05 06:26:10 | 4 | ||||||||||

AutoAligner reads a stack of serial sections and automatically aligns the single images, building up a 3D space that can be explored using Imaris. Each image is aligned in translation and rotation relative to its precursor image in the sequence. In addition to a fully automated mode, AutoAligner also provides manual control for neighboring images that are too different from each other for automatic alignment.
