Species: Mus musculus
Genetic Insert: DNAJB10
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Marker:Invitrogen; Backbone Size:5137; Vector Backbone:pcDNA5/FRT/TO; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
References:
Comments: Part of the HSP40 gene family Disclaimer: For cloning the various HSP genes, the Stratagene reference RNA for cDNA synthesis was used and genes were amplified from this mixture that originates from 10 different cell lines from different somatic origin and ultimately coming from 10 different individuals. This strategy was used to maximize the chance for the presence of individual HSP transcripts. Users must be aware that this mixture thus represents 20 complete haploid genomes, meaning that for each individual gene there might be polymorphisms that could potentially have functional consequences. The library was sequence verified only for the presence of the correct gene.

  • RRID:Addgene_19745

http://www.addgene.org/19745

Species: Mus musculus
Genetic Insert: oligo targeting p53
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:7926; Vector Backbone:MSCV FLIP; Vector Types:Mammalian Expression, Retroviral, RNAi, Cre/Lox; Bacterial Resistance:Ampicillin
References:
Comments: Constitutively expresses puromycin-resistance and the surface molecule Thy1.1. Recombines to express GFP and miR30-based RNAi. There are minor discrepancies between the depositor's sequence and Addgene's sequencing results. The mismatches are either coding joints or a sequencing difference between the actual and the published miR30 vector sequence. See FLIP vector protocols (PDF from this page) for more information.

Comments: From article: For the cloning of adenoviral vectors, EcoRI fragments containing the respective cDNAs for c-myc (constitutively active human T58A variant), Klf4, Oct4 and Sox2 were integrated into the EcoRI site of pHIHG-Ad2. A fragment containing the cDNA sequence was isolated from the resulting plasmids by MfeI/PacI digestion and used for electroporation of BJ5183 cells together with linearized vector pAd-ClaI.
