Genetic Insert: Dynactin-4
Vector Backbone Description: Backbone Size:4000; Vector Backbone:Modified pEGFP-N1 (see note); Vector Types:Mammalian Expression; Bacterial Resistance:Kanamycin
References:
Comments: For the preparation of HA-dynactin-4, GFP was first cut out of pEGFP-N1 vector between HindIII and NotI, and in its place, we introduced a triple HA sequence that was synthesized by PCR and ligated into the vector. To a recombinant ORF sequence of dynactin-4, we added by PCR a 5′ XhoI site, and a HindIII site on its 3′ end. The dynactin-4 construct was then cloned into the modified 3XHA-containing vector.

Can't find your Plasmid?
We recommend that you click next to the search bar to check some helpful tips on searches and refine your search firstly. If you want to find a specific plasmid, it's easier to enter an RRID or an Addgene Catalog Number to search. You can refine the search results using Facets on the left side of the search results page. If you are on the table view, you can also search in a specific column by clicking the column title and enter the keywords.
If you still could not find your plasmid in the search results, please help us by registering it into the system — it's easy. Register it with Addgene.
