Description: Assessment scale to measure the psychiatric symptoms of patients who might have psychiatric symptoms including depression, anxiety, hallucinations, and strange or unusual behaviors. The symptoms of the patient are rated between 1 and 7 and then the 18-24 items/symptoms are scored and combined to create the final score of the patient. This scale is similar to the PANSS, SANS, and SAPS.
