Proper Citation: Biosensis Cat# C-1662-100, RRID:AB_2492382
Target Antigen: Recombinant His-tagged human GFRa-4 protein produced using CHO-based cell line. For production of hGFRa-4, glycosylphosphatidyl-inositol GPI-anchor was removed and protein was secreted to the cell culture supernatant. Protein was purified by Ni-affinity chromatography following gel-filtration from cell culture supernatant.
Host Organism: chicken
Clonality: unknown
Comments: WB, IHC. A dilution of 1:5 000-1:10 000 is recommended for Western blots and 1:1 000 to 1:3 000 for immunocytochemistry. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

dkNET can assist you in preparing authentication plans for antibodies to comply with the NIH Submission Policy. The information can be used while planning your experiments or submitting grant applications. The authentication plan for antibodies is based on methods suggested in "A proposal for validation of antibodies" (Uhlen M et. al., 2016), the guideline published in the Journal of Comparative Neurology (Saper C, 2005)(2), and the example " Authentication of of Key Biological and/or Chemical Resources "(Bandrowski A). For best practices for authenticating antibodies, check our Authentication Reports services.
