Comments: Produced under contract by Antibodies Inc. Project 5100. 100ug b-Galactosidase plus same volume of FCA injected s.c., then followed by 5 boosts of same at 21 day intervals. Preimmune serum was checked for background immunohistochemical reactivity in mouse brainstem and showed low background. Similar test of B-gal expressing mouse after 5th boost shows robust staining at 1:1000.
