For up to date issues or problems with this database please see the wiki.

The Brain Machine Interface Platform is a place where users can find presentations, tools, files, data, models books and urls about brain machine interfaces.  There are also community interaction boards in Japanese and English.

The main content exposed through the NIF interface is the data and tool content of this site as we believe these to be particularly useful.

In the following example, we query for prefrontal cortex.

The Brain Machine Interface data can be found under the category Dataset, and it includes a brief description of the data, as well as the type of data and the author.

Clicking on the blue link leads the user to the BMI Platform page for that particular dataset, in this case additional data can be found about the tetrode recording paradigm as well as a place where the movie of the recordings can be downloaded.
